I saw it in person and had a good long time test wear in the Purist-Panerai LA event.  I gave up on it due to the size but now I need to revisit the 372...sigh..

it seems larger than 44mm because it is 47mm.

I guess I was a bit confusing and backwards in my summation. Realizing it's 47mm I guess I was commenting that is doesn't wear or feel like those previous 47mm machines I'd owned. It's obviously more substantial than a 44mm Luminor case but doesn't wear d...

I had thought the same after previously ditching the 47mm bandwagon . .. .so far anyway this is much more comfortable on the wrist and case sizes wears differently . ..I'll do a more detailed review and pics in the next few weeks but so far so good
