It actually depends on what I'm doing, how I'm dressed and if I'm travelling. By default, if I travel, I'll take the 233 or my Rolex GMT IIC.
If I need to wear a dress shirt then I'll pick the 190 if I'm going PAM. Otherwise, I'll go Patek, GO or AP.
The 190 is thinner than the 233 so it fits under a dress shirt better.
Finally I think the 190 is more flexible watch overall....dress it up with the black croc or dress it down with an ammo strap.
The 233 is more difficult to get into that more formal look.

Big fan of that brown dial on the platinum version. great watch - looks like we have similar ammo straps with the cross stitch box - yours is darker brown than mine. We probably got it from the same strapmaker? Cheers -Sam
