I just found some fake pam194 on internet which for some are really impressive and it's hard to tell the difference with a genuine one. You have the OP/BB number so call a Panerai boutique, and ask them if those number actualy exist, if yes it's a good sign.
For example this one is a fake ... There is some obvious difference, like the font, the graduation of the first 15 minutes on the bezel, or the luminova colour... but without the orginal next to it it could be hard to find them. Anyway you should check with panerai the OP BB number.

get the papers and if you're satisfied with them and believe it's REAL, do go ahead and buy it. Fair? I'm not an official Panerai "appraiser" and even if I could enumerate all the flaws, I would NEVER do it, in a public forum. Why? Because I wouldn't want...
