On a Di Stefano strap. This was the closest I could find to the straps on the WW2 issued watches.

Your 372 looks great!

Indeed, an ultra desirable Marina Militare ! Thanks for sharing this beauty. Fabio

I agree Fabio, I was smitten by this one too.

This was the actually the last new PAM I purchased, immediately upon release. Truth be told 47mm was too large for me, a lesson it took more than one watch purchase to learn. I sold my 372 about two years later. Glad to hear you are still enjoying it.

Hello Jay. Have you found a substitute, a more suitable one for your wrist ?

 By: Horological_addict : January 4th, 2018-12:58
If yes, may i ask you which watch did you choose ? Regards Fabio

44mm PAMs are still OK. And I have kept one 44mm PVD PAM.

In general I have over the last 3-5 years reverted to smaller watches, so Panerai have mostly been sold on, the same for my Big Pilot and some others in the 44mm - 47mm range. I think the sweet spot for my wrist is 38-40mm. In saying that I am again hopin...

The PAM 360, right ?

And now i have also the 663 : A versatile painted dial ...So sweet under the sun of my isle ( Corsica ) ... ...

That's a gorgeous one !

Glad to know you have sunny days in Corsica. These last days, we could only enjoy rain here All the best Fabio

I never thought I could pull off the 47mm... but

I dove into the deep end and I love my 47mm Ti Destro

Surprisingly, a 47mm Luminor doesn't appear that large on the wrist.

372 is a special reference for me..

I have a love and hate relationship with my 372.. I hate it for the inconsiderate disruption of my “routine” Often when I put it on it stay on for weeks! Love it for the ending my for ever quest for more panerai DNA. This is my exit watch from panerai. Ye...

Ever? The 6154. Pre V? Marina Militare 5218-202/A non matching. Vendome?

 By: amanico : January 4th, 2018-23:56
That's a very good question... The PAM 587, Marina Militare. The PAM 662, evocation of the 6154. Or the PAM 372. One of these three. But if I had to choose only one, it would be the Small Egiziano, Ref 6154. Best, Nicolas

Oh yes...the Friday favorite!

On top of my wishing list when it comes to Panerai. I lack a Radiomir case in my tiny collection. And this dial + the blue hands are just gorgeous !

I’m glad you like it

 By: Harry2 : January 5th, 2018-13:15
I love manny Panerai watches, however I think this is the best one for me to own. I didn’t know that at the time, I kind of stumbled on this one and pulled the trigger! I think I knew subconsciously. I like the fact that it’s based on the prototype of the...
