a few years ago; the customer service and the quality of the service were the worst ever. I sold the piece afterwards and have never looked back since. I still like some of their designs but that is all is left of the brand in my mind, just an empty shell...

If a customer comes in with a bronze it should at least show that he's a Paneristi and possibly interested. But 4 guys standing and talking to each other making you feel you're misplaced is not the way to do.

Many years ago I've been told from a Panerista that the boutique din not worthy a visit. It's small, cramped and they don't have any particular old reference to show. It is simply the old watch shop where Panerai was born. Florence is always a beauty
