Functionally quite sufficient for everyday uses, but for me to revisit the DNA, i do prefer something simple (after having 317, and 311)

When I first saw the press photo..

I was thinking more along the lines of the PAM359.. then noticed the applied numerals and the dots...isn't it a bit anti Panerai? I guess I am considered old guard now as I associate sandwich or painted numerals with PAM. The combo of the applied smaller ...
I can't even look at these pieces...

what a horrible...HORRIBLE. dial. I find it sad that Rimemont has chosen to goe "toe to toe" with Breiteling. The applied numerals are just an insignifican detail in the abomination that this dial represent :-) :-) Cheers
That's where I want to...belong..

come one, I understand budgets, numbers, profits etc. I also agree that the "Dollar God", on occasions, requires sacrifices but foregoing your heritage...this....much, is unforgiveable. Going down this lane, in a few years a Panerai will be unrecognoisabl...

... when you say "i have to get used to it..." i guess its means you dont like it but you like the brand. We are too far from panerai DNA, its not just the numerals, the whole dial is too crowded. What bothers me the most is between the numerals. I liked ...

I like it but with the metal they used and quantities they are making, it would be crazy expensive.

Uuuugh !!

sorry .... but I don't think a lot of people were waiting for these .... especially given the gold and platinum prices are rather high. Besides the dial doesn't look nice IMO.
Don't get it

I don't get it. These pieces may be appealing to a wider market, but to me they depart from what is best about Panerai. I thought Panerai was done with producing pieces that are so mainstream looking.
It is all the gray hairs

Very mixed emotions...

While I like some details about these (such as the applied numerals or the engraved rotor), the overall appearance has me shuddering. No offense meant, but these just don't do it for me. As many have pointed out already, way too much going on on the dial....
