yes, it is expensive. Yes, it is a very nice watch! One of my favorites, and if the price was lower I would have. Only you know if you have enough disposable income to afford.
Another way to look at it, if you are not sure, which means you have doubts, is this. For the same price as the 368, you could buy a 47mm 372 or a 47mm 305, and have enough left over to go take an incredible adventure such as climb Mt. Kilamanjaro, go trekking for a month in Nepal or Ladakh, spend several weeks taking advanced SCUBA diving course and diving on shipwrecks in the Philippines., or go an extreme hunting trip in Alaska or Africa. That is what I would do.

crown on the left is more comfortable
Since two of my panerai watches are in being serviced and repaired. I have been wearing my Graham oversized and i find it quite comfortable to have the crown on the left. Since it is an automatic it is not as important to have the crown on the right.
