This watch is 40mm I believe...
...and the caliber M13.21 is listed as 29.5mm so it seems that the Montblanc is less of an offender than PP in the small movement department. Still, if you look at the back, there is a lot of case between the edge of the movement and the outer case.

I was also thinking about the 5070. But the “discrepancies” between case and movement are much bigger on the 5070. This Minerva Chrono has 40 mm case and I cannot figure out the diameter of the cal 13 21-maybe someone can? The 5070 is 42 mm and the CH 27 ...

That movement is a beautiful chronograph movement. The Minerva characters engraves, the pientere arrow. Having a Montblanc watch for the Minerva heritage inside. And it is all about Minerva. Richemont did a great job, so Minerva lives on.

Yeah. They do respect the heritage. The Minerva workshops were left untouched and are still very much in use. And the Minerva logo can be found on the back side of these great pieces. they are priced reasonably for the level of horology you get. So yes! W...
