Diameter 42.2mm. I don't have the official dimension on case thickness, but it measures around 12mm including the dome crystal.

If the laser engraving of Minerva manufacture on the caliber could be changed to Geneva strips like the other bridges, it will be even more attractive. Having said that, the inward angle polishing in the current caliber is already very nice.

Frankly the fake alligator that comes with the watch by default is an embarrassment ... Can't understand how someone at MB thought it made sense for such a special piece.

Your orange alligator strap matches the blue gradient dial perfectly. Is it from MB or third party? I will change the strap soon too.

Hadn’t been aware of this AT ALL - have they done others like this? How do I learn more about upcoming ones? I’ve been sorta looking for the right modern time-only addition to my Pythagore and my PAM322 with its Minerva calibre…if I have one brand loyalty...

The dial and hands aren’t 100% my liking. I have just been wanted a good time only from them. I tried a RaZ and just didn’t like how it sat on my wrist. The good news is I’m sure they’ll use that movement in other iterations !
That's fair, I myself was on the fence about it, it felt a bit too trendy for a Villeret piece.
But as a one off, I think it is ok to do something different.
I thought the same and still liked it a lot
in the end it was also a vote from my budget (and my wife) with some heavy incomings (pens and watches) along the road ....
Thank you, Teutonic. MB did release a time only timepiece using antique Minerva movement in an even smaller run of 38 pieces few years ago.
Another option is the MB heritage pythagore small second, released in around 2021.

The LE 38 was tempting, I recall the seconds being too high up so I passed. The Pythagore in like nice, the movement didn’t excite me. Us watch guys are picky 😂

The LE 38’s vintage Minerva caliber is gorgeous, except a bit small, resulting in high up position of small second towards the centre. I am also not particularly fond of the Pythagore movement, lack of inwards angle 😅

I especially like their watches, they are quite nice. I wish they would come back with their version of the ultra thin. The one you have is very nice and quite interesting.
