I’m so glad to see that it went to a good home. I shared the link with the previous owner and he is so pleased to see it in such splendour.
The beautiful shots speak for themselves.
And your tribute is poetry.
Your post made my day … my week even.
Well done. The wonderful world of neo-vintage. The transitional golden age for watch making for several brands. One foot in the past and the other in the future.
Extra special for Minerva as we know that the Frey family ownership ended in the year 2000.
These last few years for Minerva produced some beautiful pieces. Not just from the front and back but also from within.
The Frey’s had a special relationship with collectors and I’m sure JJ Frey would be so pleased to see his creation with an appreciative collector such as yourself.
I’m glad to have played a part in seeing this “blue hands” model get to your hands.
As Bill said, some wrist shots too please.
