Just arrived. Reverso Grande Automatique
Greetings All - Just wanted to share my newly arrived JLC Reverso Grande Automatique. Love the dual zone feature, especially with my company's second office in India. the day/night indicator is tied to the second timezone hand, while the date is tied to the main 'blue' hand. the watch is a wonderful addition to my Grand Reverso Ultra Thin. obviously the Grande Automatique is a lot chunkier than my Ultra Thin but nice to wear a watch with a different personality during the work day, and then a more relaxed two hand watch in the evening.... now on to the hunt for a bracelet for the watch....

yea it is a relative bargain...i agree!! Also like the Reverso tourbillon that you posted EXCELLENT pictures of in the past. very classic and refined. wouldn't mind having TWO Reverso tourbillons; one with an 'exposed' tourbillon (a la GYROtourbillon) and...

it's movement is the "Autotractor," which is the most robust movement JLC has made so far. It's also, besides the Ludwig Perpetual, one of the only grande date models that can go forwards OR backwards. I was really hoping for JLC to continue "Grande Date"...

thanks for all that info Dean....i really had no idea about the autotractor movement. so to clarify your point, the date can go backwards without damaging the movement? I am thinking of the situation when I travel BACK from India and would move the 'blue'...
