AMVOX 2 Problem any body has the same as mine?
HI,
I’m a proud owner of 3 JLCs the MCG, AMVOX1, and AMVOX2. Next is AMVOX3, hopefully!.
By the way, I noticed that something not quite right happen after I got my beloved AMVOX2 concept from the AD.
When I use the chronograph function, the minute disc did not jump from 27 to 28 unless I shake my watch a little.
Then, it will happen again and again at the same place (27 to 28) but the hour disc is fine.
I took my watch to Authorized Center to have it checked, and it has taken over 5 weeks !! now and I still don’t get my watch back.
So, I have a few questions as follows:
- Does anybody experience the same problem as I do? What might be the cause of it?
- Is it normal to take this long time for fixing ?
- How can I contact MJLC directly? I did try via MJLC website. Unfortunately, no response in return so far.
Thanks,
Here is a pic of my beloved JLCs.
