My experience with JLC service is that it is quite good and efficient.  It probably always seems like a long time when the watch is off your wrist.  I am sure they will take care of the problem and get it back to you soon. As you know, things happen with these little wrist machines.  My experience with contacting and getting a response back from JLC through their website, however, is hit or miss. That is definitely something they could improve upon.

By the way, your photo of the JLC trio is GREAT.  What a wonderful collection you have going there.  Three of my favorites.  The MC Geo looks awesome on the rubber strap.  I may always doubt my decison on that one.  

Best of luck and let us know how things turn out.  Get the AMVOX3 -- that would be incredible to have the complete AMVOX set, right????

While I can only speak to the obvious that what you are describing is not normal as I have had no similar issues with my AMVOX2 DBS. Others on this forum should be able to offer you more wisdom and insight on your other questions. Great collection by the ...

Sorry to hear that you have a problem with your Amvox II Black. We don't often hear problems wabout thjis watch. At the beginning of the release, actually, there were some issues with the non perfect reset to zero second hand of the Chrono. But JLC solved...
