Sorry to hear that you have a problem with your Amvox II Black.
We don't often hear problems wabout thjis watch.
At the beginning of the release, actually, there were some issues with the non perfect reset to zero second hand of the Chrono.
But JLC solved the problem in a perfect way.
This is the first time I hear such an issue on an Amvox II...
I'm confident that JLC will find the problem and fix it.
As for the time it takes, I agree with you, it is too long, but to be honest it is always too long.
4 weeks are reasonnable, as an average time is more around 8 weeks.
One thing you can do, is asking to your AD to check when your watch will come back home.
He has a track of it, by calling a Boutique, which has the connectionwith the Manufacture.
So, be a bit patient, even if it is easier to say than to hear..
