my amvox had the same issue,it took 3 weeks to repair,when it came back the hour counter was not setting properly and there was dirty marks under the glass,it went back for another 3 weeks,i found if you dont press reset hard enough there is still the same problem,i love the watch and the brand,i have to admit im a little dissapointed,i will wear the watch for a while before i send it back,i just hope they can make good on this.it has not turned me of as i just bought the chrono diver which is amazing,tom
