How often I want to swim with my Reverso, but instead I had to took another watch.
Few week ago I saw A Gran Sport, which I believe is the only reverso with screw down crown , automatic movement and steel bracelet. Almost pull the trigger, but the longish lug to lug prevented me.

Well, actually this is the classique, it only looks huge in the picture
due to my small wrist and the angle how the photograph was taken. Medium would be the largest Reverso size that I can pull off on my small wrist, GT is unfortunately not doable for me size-wise.

For a sport watch, I expect better water resistant.
I don't think making a screw down crown and 100 meter WR is difficult? Okay, maybe because of the hand wound movement, a screw down crown will harm the thread because of frequent turn. Perhaps better seal?

This watch is truly a classic watch in a bad way - back then in the 1930s, watches did not have much water resistance - not even sports watches!

flowing water or being submerged and 30m of water resistance don't go too well together.

Some time ago I also NEEDED a seconds hand on the watch but nowadays i prefer just 2 hands on watches like the Tank for example and I can live without one on a Reverso, but it wouldn't hurt to have one.
