Your selection summed up the past production available in the year 1960 quite well, so I chose a more 'alternative' route...
However, I think doing a summary of JLC production in just a few watches is not really possible, especially if you want to span more than one decade.
I believe teardrop lugs tripledates, uniplans, etanches, duoplans, early ultrathins, and so many models are maybe as much characteristic of what made JLC, that I would be hard pressed to make a representative selection.
Now, If I was to chose really only one watch, being a memovox addict, I would probably go for the 858, which really is my favorite from a case design / overall proportions / dial simplicity, and which happens to be the rarest memovox...
Incidentally, it is also the first "real watch" (as they say) which I have bought, so it has definitively a special place for me
