OK, so I see you have chosen: steel for the case, white for the dial, and JLC classics of the classics for the models.
I will chose a contrasting perspective: Gold, Black, and forgotten...
You should have noticed that I carefully avoided Empty Dots in my selection!
Another great example, indeed!
But does it sum, to you, the JLC production?
Feel free to post more pics of this Beauty!
Best,
Nicolas
Your selection summed up the past production available in the year 1960 quite well, so I chose a more 'alternative' route...
However, I think doing a summary of JLC production in just a few watches is not really possible, especially if you want to span more than one decade.
I believe teardrop lugs tripledates, uniplans, etanches, duoplans, early ultrathins, and so many models are maybe as much characteristic of what made JLC, that I would be hard pressed to make a representative selection.
Now, If I was to chose really only one watch, being a memovox addict, I would probably go for the 858, which really is my favorite from a case design / overall proportions / dial simplicity, and which happens to be the rarest memovox...
Incidentally, it is also the first "real watch" (as they say) which I have bought, so it has definitively a special place for me

Elegant too, and also one of the all time classics from JLC for the ladies (although the model is now associated in modern days with another brand)
For your strap, I think it will be hard to find one off the shelf.
I had one done by a custom strapmaker, and it was reasonably priced, since it is not really more difficult to make than a regular one.
Time2Tic, thanks for sharing these not often seen beauties!
Hope that this thread will contribute to make other Treasures going out the wood!
Best,
Nicolas

Or a round or rectangular Double Date...
So many possibilities, really.
I share your love and passion for Memovoxes, in general, with a preference for the Diving models...
The E 858 is indeed a rare bird, and it would be a pleasure to see a pic or 2 of it.
Best,
Nicolas

One thing, actually...No luminous dots at all on the Alarm Ring...
But yes, I absolutely love it!
Best, and thanks for this gorgeous pic.
Nicolas
the european version futurematic is a very rare one, most of the time, we see the US version.
the geophysic is the rarer one too.
anyway, i like all these three elegant beauties.
thanks Nico.

This is the Gathering of Technical and original elements which made me make this selection.
The Alarm is without doubt in the JLC DNA, as well as the Future Matic.
The Geophysic is an important watch, too, but I will post something about it, later.
Difficult to not fall under their charm, indeed.
Best,
Nicolas
Typically elegant....
Atypically elegant...
