To be more precise, JLC released the first Alarm automatic movement ever made ( all brands included ) since 1956. This movement is referenced Cal 815, and was in production till 1966, while its Date " brother ", the Cal 825 was released 3 years after ( 19...

Replying to myself, 14 years later... Here is another variation of the stainless steel memovox E873, less frequent than the white / blue or the orange / blue variations. This dial has the blue scale dial which definitely reminds us of the E855 with so-cal...

Hello, I am currently searching for a JLC Memovox E855 and as I know the correct case size of these watches is 37mm. However I found on ebay and other websites watches with diameters of 36 or 38 mm and i would like to know if these are original or not. Ma... 

In 1960 I bought this watch. I lost the gold on the hour button, but with servicing and changing the glas nothing happend in 57 years. I did not polish or clean anything so I think it is original and it should stay so. i am stil looking for an original JL...
