The 822.2 and 854.2 are identical movements with the obvious additions of motion works added to the going train side of the movement to provide the additional time display.
Incidentally the .2 designation refers to the changes to the hair spring and balance which is now a “free sprung balance”. It no longer has a regulateur and is instead adjusted for rate via the screw weights on the balance wheel. Also the removal of the 2 x cap jewels on the escape wheel of the 822.2 reduces the jewel count to 19 from 21.
