What a beautiful set of photos, jml. That slate dial against the overcast sky... you captured the Reverso at its best.
The Duoface gives you two watches in one, but you are right that it wears completely differently when the crown is on the destro side.

It's not only the change of dial colour, but crown is on destro side. Which means it wears very differently. Cheers JML
I don’t own a Reverso,
so I don’t know how it feels to reverse your watch, but I definitely imagine that the change goes beyond the dial color!
Bought this one for my son
When he graduated High School. He's finally appreciating it which is great as it's a wonderful duoface.

I wear mine on the dark side so seldom that I often think I'd have gotten more out of a blank back than I do the second face!
The dna of the Reverso is a steel flip
back to protect the watch during polo. The brand has wandered from that. Not that the duo faces aren’t nice, but the original is my strong preference for personal wear and that the only one I’ve kept in my collection.
Duo is my only Reverso at the moment, if I get another very likely have solid caseback

The Duo is the watch I've owned longest...
so it's not going anywhere! But if I got another (such as the current smaller size!) it would be with a solid flip side.
