Thanks for all the encouragement. It does suck a bit, but in the grander scheme of things I'm taking my family to some vacation, everyone is healthy and excited about it. After all, it is only a watch and it is only a temporary set-back... My AD is ordering a new one so I don't have to deal with repair etc.

One week after i recieved my NSA the alarm function stopped working. But luckly my AD had another one and switched it out for me.

and good for you for testing all functions out...I am usually not as diligent with a new purchase (I am too excited and it usually out of the box and on my wrist)... sounds like your AD is doing the right thing.. keep us updated...
