Sorry to hear that!
This had happened to me two weeks ago when I bought the VC Overseas Chronograph and the Rolex SS Daytona. The VC chronograph did not function properly though it is a new watch. My AD had to send it back to VC for repair. Interestingly, the Rolex Daytona funcitoning perfectly well.
I am surely your problem will be resolved quickly and you will enjoy your new watch soon.

One week after i recieved my NSA the alarm function stopped working. But luckly my AD had another one and switched it out for me.

and good for you for testing all functions out...I am usually not as diligent with a new purchase (I am too excited and it usually out of the box and on my wrist)... sounds like your AD is doing the right thing.. keep us updated...
