Subtle, certainly, but the ruthenium dial is really something.

Depending on the light conditions, the color changes from grey to almost brown... Magic.
Thanks for voicing in!

Jaeger Lecoultre tired twice to modernize the legendary Polaris. Once, with the Master Compressor Memovox, introduced in 2002. And, three years after, with the Amvox One, which is even closer to the spirit of the Polaris. The Ruthenium dial gives a fatal ...

Always makes me smile, as well as its younger brother in stainless steel (the one I let get away...). thanks Nicolas
One of the first JLCs I fell in love with

I surely would have gotten one had I not been fortunate enough to be "led" to the Tribute to Polaris. Not that there is not room enough for both in a collection. ;-) One of the most useful complications delivered in a gorgeous package. And the titanium so...

Most interestingly, how many came to JLC thank to this one? The Amvox One was a very nice first step into the brand. Best, nicolas

I found a new old stock Amvox I from an authorized dealer in Germany. Just put it on my wrist last Monday and it has been competing for wrist time all week solely with my 1961 (my year of birth) Tudor 7928 PCG with gilt chapter dial, which arrived on the ...

It's a great watch! How the bezel works? When you want to start - turn the "0" to the tip of minute hand. From there you can check how long time has past since "setting" the time. Persoanlly I don't use the bezel thet much - I prefer to set the alarm to k...
It works like on your Tudor 7928, Robert.

You use the crown at 3 o clock to adjust the 60 minute bezel index to your minute hand. Then you know when you strated to measure the time. Enjoy your Amvox One! Best, Nicolas.
Thanks for the instructions!

the AmVox1 Racing: 44mm titanium, green dial with yellow accents on the green strap. It might be the loudest of any JLC alarm I've ever heard as the larger case seemed to allow the vibrations from the gong to resonate well before leaving the case. In case...

And I own a single Ti watch (Omega solar impulse) but your Amvox I Ti is the definition of a cool watch. The design and the subdue colors matches perfect. One day I will do a pair SS/Ti and then I will be done. Cheers, Nilo
Go for it ...
