Some watches need to be owned to be appreciated..
and this is certainly one of them. I was set on getting the Blue Duo as my next Reverso but now ... I'm not so sure.

JLC Grande Reverso Tribute to 1948
I got this watch about a year ago when Nico was in Singapore for the launch of the TT Geophysic. Never regretted getting this watch - my 2nd JLC and first Reverso. The stamped dial (textured), blued indices and hands and overall discreet yet sophisticated...
What can I say? Discrete and delicious.
Not the kind of watch which immediately jumps into one's eyes... Rather a watch for connoisseurs. I adore it. Best, Nicolas

The macro brings out the detail of the dial very well! Certainly one for those in the know, and as you say, the beauty can only be fully appreciated in the metal.
