Some pictures explaining my short absence...

It is a miracle I was able to come back to Paris, today.

I was invited for a quick trip at the Manufacture, to see some watches, and to prepare some articles.

So, I left Paris Thursday night, and came back today, with a lot of images in my head and some passionate discussions with the usual suspects ( and friends ) at the Grande Maison.

After a short night at the Hotel Des Horlogers, it was time to work...

But, just before leaving the Hotel, some pictures of the Village... Quite snowy, and damn freezing ( - 13° Celsius is something frightening when you come from Paris! )

With such as snow, I started to have some doubts to be able to find a train to go back to Paris... And the team was starting to worry a bit for me, too...

They let me play for the whole day with the new Duometre UTT...

It is much more appealing when you don't use a flash, don't you think?

After a quick lunch, it was time to take some funny pictures. I played the model for JLC.... And for the Unique UTT:

Obviously, I am starting to love it!

After a short photo session of some historical calibres ( I am currently working on a huge review about Chronometry and JLC ), it was time to try to take the train for Paris.

And it came, with a big delay, but it came... Which let me some tme for a few last pictures...

... The POlaris 65, of course. A watch which awakes ( which is indispensable when you have such a trip ), which reminds ( it is all about friendship ), and which always puts a smile on your face.

I have always been honest with my view on the UTT. I didn't like it at all, when I received the first press picture, a few days before the official unveiling. Then, seeing it in the real made me change my mind on it, even if I was still a bit perplex. See...
