Pretty sure this is a frankenwatch,..
...that is a watch put together from parts belonging to at least two other watches.
That style of inner dial was used on the Worldtimer models, but I've never seen one in black. The printing doesn't seem clear enough to be a JLC product.
Also, I've never heard of any JLC that didn't have one of the names "Jaeger-LeCoutre", "Jaeger" or "LeCoultre" on the dial somewhere.
I hope it didn't sell for too much,
