My two platinum toys of the moment.
Septantième and Amvox II Platinum...
2 visions of horology, radically different visions....
One, the Septantième, can be seen as an homage to Tradition, with this superb movement, its swan neck, and the fine guilloché ruthenium dial.
The other is younger, funnier, less elegant, but not less appealing, the Amvox II, with its original, unique vertical trigger pivoting case which replaces the traditional chronograph pushers.
2 different visions, for sure, but which tells the modern diversiity in the creativity of the manufacture, though.
One manual movement, one automatic, one round case, one rectangular, a traditional design, a more daring one...
Can't say which one I prefer...

Change one's usual ideals about watches, it must be something special. For that reason, it's the Septantième for me becuase I usually prefer round cases and subsequently could not share the enthusiasm on the reverso. But the Septantième has opened my eyes...
