Jaeger-LeCoultre

Maybe they can do something more to give us more information about the status....

As a recent owner of a JLC, I think exactly the same as NIcolas, these sort of things always can happens. The important thing, IMO is that the watch comes back flawlessly and that the repair time be the minimum. However something that is important to me and I would like to know once the watch arrived to the factory in Switzerland, is be informed about the status of the watch, to me is not enough that the AD tell me that at least the watch have to be at least 3 month in the factory. I can assumed that time but what I would like to know is information about what is going on with my watch. This could be easy gotten by an informatic application which would allow to the owner to query about such status and be informed. Maybe we could use the existing portal they already have. I mean we have access to the JLC web site and from there we can acces to 'LeClub', there, we have details about our watches in our profile, this could be increase with the information about of the reparation status and in this way we'll know exactly what's going on.

Cheers,
Fernando
