I've had a few days to think about this now and ...
have found that I am very dissapointed with the way that JLC has handled this situation. The fact that this SE is the exact same as the advertised product that was shown at SIHH and at special previews around the world makes me question the integrity of the manufacture. I was shown this very piece myself before I made my order, and I do expect to be offered the product I am shown if it exists (I do not care about logistics, I am a customer). By no means am I naive, but this could have been handled more discreetly. If they at least made the SE different in some way, but for all I know they simply SE'd the prototypes.
That being said, I am very happy and pleased with my regular production NSA.

... but the reason, as Amiaco has mentioned above, is that because of the printing on the inside of the glass they can not apply anti-glare on the inside. they had to choose between printing on the glass of anti-glare so they seem to have chosen anti-glar...
