I'm sorry to hear that you had to find out about this event in such a manner, and of the service issues that you received. I agree with you that this is a disappointing experience. It is not the level of service that I would expect from the staff there. Unfortunately these things happen from time to time and IMO if you really like the Duometre then I wouldn't let this experience dampen your enthusiasm with JLC.

Haven't seen the Spherotourbillon. Have only seen the Gyro 1 and 2. Looking forward to seeing the Sphero. Looking forward to seeing the Deep Sea Chrono in person.
JLC has the best new collection this year
when compared to their competition (my opinion). I like every watch and there is a diverse range of complications and prices. I look forward to seeing the pictures and video of the spherotourbillon. Thanks for the report on the event. Stewart
