Having sampled a few of the tribute Reverso pieces (Rouge and Duoface Bleu no longer with me), I must say this London Boutique special is very nice. Remembered to ask for a short strap switch out and glad I did, fits my smallish wrist perfectly . . ....

Now, imagine if you still had the Bleu and the Rogue...that would be quite the quintet! But as is, a fantastic trio!

Have to love everything about a watch or it doesn't stay long with me . . . the Rouge dial color, while definitely beautiful, for some reason did not hold my attention. The Bleu is/was actually my favorite color wise (I love blue) but its thicker profile ... 

If one day JLC releases a Ultrathin with just the Blue dial, I will trade my duoface bleu for that in a heartbeat. How is the green face?

May I ask what your wrist circumference is? Mine is 6.7 inches / 17 cm. I'm pondering changing the standard croc strap on my TT 1948 to a shorter one. Thanks for your advice in advance. Cheers, Ken

6.5 inches around and it is flat on top. I'm fine with the short strap but any shorter and I would probably have to choose between not having enough length vs. dealing with/accepting the overhanging "tail" of the regular sized JLC straps. With your wrist ...  

The Reverso rest very nicely on your wrist. I agree with you the shorter strap works well, but like you, would not go any shorter. The tail does overhang a bit on mine, that is why I'm considering the shorter strap. Unfortunately, I'm in between the two s...

No regrets for letting the 2 go, actually still mulling over whether to search for the sublime chocolate dialed model. Time will tell I suppose . . .

So many to choose from with individual favorites for all!!

You made some sacrifices for this, but they were clearly right for you. I'd love to see this one in the metal, because I'm colorblind (green and purple are the two colors I can't see), but I still might love this even if I can't see the green.

I know you have a fondness for Reversos too . . .

I tried to no avail to get one as they quickly sold out. I did get to see the display piece at the London boutique. I do like the green.

So sorry to hear you missed out, especially being so close to the source . . .
