Sorry, but if we read the catalog, they say that both have the same case size, but the classic is slimmer, not smaller?

It's both slimmer & smaller - I hadn't noticed that.

Ah yes. I will have to check if it is 34 or a bit bigger, though.

Interestingly, they don't mention any figures for either in the catalogue

Something I just learned, today. THANKS!

MGT! Love the master control series esp the early to mid 2000s. Love that bracelet variant. JLC really needs to put a spotlight on this line.

Totally agree, Master Control is classic in those older models

With bracelet options, it can easily be an alternative to hyped brands. Arguably, there’s more spotlight on something like a GP Laureato than anything on the Master control line. They need to at least attain that level of visibility with the MC series.

They did it last year, as they revisited the Master case quite nicely and enhanced to 70 hours some movements ( Master Control Date, Geographique and Calendar ).

Yes - I'm really struck by these earlier versions too.
