It is a clock that was produced in the early 1930s under both brands, Jeager and Lecoultre, as other table clocks. The brand Jaeger-Lecoultre appeared later in 1937.
It was presented on a catalog at that time with the following information: "Duoface, cristal, lecture de l'heure des deuc côtés, mouvement 8 jours".
This clock was also available with a metal lamp on the top... "time and light"
