I purchased the Squadra when it first came out in December 2006. I had anxiously awaited the watch and purchased it a very happy guy....until I owned it for a few weeks. While it is possible I purchased a "lemon" I believe the watch is not well made. The ... 

Because the Squadra is not a problematic model. But it may happen, in every brand, even the most prestigious. Welcome here, by the way. Best, Nicolas

Thanks for the kind words Nicolas. As for JRAN's post, I would say you have been most unfortunate with your faulty watch. One of the things I would say about JLC watches, including the Squadra, is the quality of the workmanship and just how solid they fee... 

Wouldn't the warranty have covered it and made the watch perfect for you? That is a very simple and easily fixed problem (especially if you did it yourself). DJK

I don't own one (yet!), but have been considering it carefully. The HT is a great value compared to so many other watches. If its size and shape are comfortable on your wrist, and you like it, then it is a slam dunk. You get so much watch for the money. T... 

I have this watch since late summer last year. I always wanted to have a Reverso in my collection but unfortunately the "normal" sized versions did not sit well on my wrist. As I have a pretty flat wrist, the Squadra, despite its size ,is much more comfor...

I appreciate the comments I read after my post. The reality is I have alway loved this brand and before spending big bucks on a higher-end gold model I wanted to try an entry-level piece (if you can call it that given it's price but it is in the lower cos... 

That is the great thing about this forum, sharing the good and the bad, but always the passion. You are right, it is all a learning experience and we can all learn from the stories we share. respo
