Seriously considered buying one about fifteen years ago but never pulled the trigger... the black dial version is top cool!!

I well remember the platinum ALC launching in the early 2000s.
I drooled over it and am sure it caused sleepless nights. The black dial is not bad. I seem to recall the platinum had Antoine's signature on the left caseband?
The more I look at it the more I feel that the balance on the dial is off. It seems like it is tilted to the left slighty. This is caused the rdm indicator that extends to the left just a
bit too much, and the small seconds should have been moved slightly up and to the right. Compare this to the layout of the Lange 1 or Panoreserve and the placement of all the subdials and indicators seems to have been done at random by JLC.
The 8 Days Power Reserve gave birth to some great watches...
And the MMR with its 15 Days! ...

I know it's not a Master series, but HOW did they get 8 days reserve on the Reverso??
