Remember that FedEx and UPS only insure watches/jewellery up to $500, no matter if you put down $10,000 and pay the added insurance. You need a 3rd party insurer to insure your package over $500.
Otherwise, for those in the US, you can use USPS Express Global Mail where you can insure more than $500, but each country has its own rules regarding max insurance on watches/jewellery. And some countries even prohibit any incoming shipments of watches/jewellery.
