They still sell them and people are buying them. But on my wrist there were issues with both the base movements and the perpetual calendar module.

Hopefully, even if it's limited to you, which I am inclined to be highly doubtful of, after learning about your ordeal, at least some...

I've had great luck with my 5002 BP movement. My Miramar big BP stopped but was due for service anyway, which was handled quickly by the Texas service center. I'm sad to hear the perpetual module is not good. I was hoping to add one to my life eventually....
