Than the fact that it is a limited edition, and a rather small run at that. We may not like paying a premium for a watch that has little intrinsic difference, but that is the nature of the watch market. Tweak the dial colours - or remove them altogether like in the B&R Phantom - and you can charge a premium, even a premium that is disproportionately larger than the increased cost of a small production run of different dial/case/hands.
