Suits this black watch better. My favorite feature in this watch is the ceratanium and red accents on the pushers

I’d been watching theses evolve over the years, really liked jetplane counterbalance second hand but found the altimeter style 3 days visible not easy along with 46mm being too big. The 389101 released in 2019 was very classic in design but ceramic. Liked...

Really IWC? We get all of this for a mere $9100? "Thanks to the combination of a black ceramic case with a Ceratanium® case back and pushers , the sporty chronograph boasts a tactical, matte black design code."

Their doppel chrono is another 5k usd but has ceratanium case and of course a more complicated movement

I agree but probably the cheapest split in the world with some cool new Ceratanium material. Plus I graduated Top Gun back in 2007 so had no chance at the 2018 SFTI for grads. This one works for me. ...  

If I didn't already have the 3786, I'd be all over it too... ...  

I really like the all blacks/smoke grey color scheme also reminds me of big pilot carbon

I could do without the jet second counterbalance or the red pusher accents, but I like the single date aperture and the use of ceramic and ceratanium. I’d like to see more water resistance for a sports watch. The diameter appears too large for the movemen...

I know... but the TG name and reference ruins it for me. Obviously, I am not a bean counter at IWC... But these watches in general have lost their 'composition'. The case is too big for the movement, as evidenced by the day/date being 'too small' in propo... 

That’s what stopped me. 40-42mm meant I would have had this or the TG Ceratanium DoppleChrono
