You are absolutely correct - this is akin to the Tutima 5100 Chronograph

The case shapes and functionality are similar on these two watches.
HOWEVER,
Tutima used hinged metal pushers vs the rubber ones on the Space4.
Tutima chose a Lemania 5100 movement
Bell & Ross used the Valjoux (ETA) 7750 movement.

Here are some other details:

Central red-orange hand indicates elapsed seconds on both watches
Central black hand with red-orange "arrow" tip indicated elapsed minutes on the Tutima
Central running minute and hour hands with lume on both watches.
Display at 3 is day / date on both watches
Counter at 6 is elapsed hours on both watches
Counter at 9 is running seconds on both watches
Counter at 12 is elapsed minutes on the Bell & Ross, while it indicates 24 hour time on the Tutima.

The crown is fixed on the Tutima versus extendable / recessed on the Bell & Ross

I think this is the first watch I ever bought from a proper watch store; I’ve had it about 15 years and still love it. Bell & Ross Branding everywhere, titanium case, flush chrono pushers & recessed crown Clear, no-nonsense numerals, balanced subdials, ma...

When i first got into watches, the first swiss watch catalogue i got is B&R, which had this watch, among other superb first gen B&R. Did not have the money to buy, back then. But i still keep the catalogue just to see their design which is very similar to...

I have a soft spot for early B&R, many of which were made by Sinn. They have a few nice ones like the panda diver or the demineur diver.

Question: I know a lot of early Bell and Ross watches were made by Sinn. But this one... if you covered the brand name and asked who made it I'd have guessed Tutima. Do you know if this one is connected to Tutima?

I've got to love the 5100 and its central minutes counter for a watch like this. But I also have to say the contrasting rubber pushers and the recessed crown are both very cool moves on B&R's part!

I remember Bell and Ross, have to admit I kind of forgot about them. They had a couple of cool divers as well: “Hydromax”?
