Thank you for sharing again, your lovely Trio of Peter’s early work. The SM2 caliber in the Marin 1 Ti, is sublime and imo a tragedy that it wasn’t adopted better at the time. Of course the market was very different back in 2008-9 when he brought it out.
Hindsight being 20:20, I now know my nascent knowledge of caliber design, finishing and the reality of developing one’s own movement from scratch, wasn’t enough to truly appreciate the SM2. I suspect I could have helped more had I known what I know now!
Anyway, glad to see you have a piece of serious Horology with that.

Have you seen the photos Peter posted of the making of a new manually wound movement with a large balance wheel? What's he up to? I really liked the new Tsuba, but the movement's finish is basic Parmigiani; I would have preferred the Laine finish.
