Well, where to start Valentin? Perhaps from your beautifully written...

text about Haldimann's prowess as a "Maitre Horloger" his philosophy about time and his achievement so far demonstrated in his Extra Ordinary Time Pieces. Firstly, I have to admit that I didn't know of Haldimann, (ok, I live under a rock) and reading your article made me aware of it's existence, thank you very much Valentin. The poetry and emotion which emanate from your writing about these Time Pieces is mesmerizing, (envoutant) , a pleasure to read. During the reading of your article, I searched on the "Net" about Haldimann and saw, first the H1. This Time Piece, to me, is exceptional! Why? One can see the Heart beat! This "piece of metal" has a heart, the heart is pumping, giving life to the entire "creature"! Really Fantastic.
Then, there is the H2, with obviously two Tourbillons. Well, to me, this is technically a great achievement, however it does not offer the same emotional pleasure as seeing in the first heart beat (H1).
Then, the H8!!! Sorry Valentin but althought I can understand the "un-timely" notion of time
, this Un-Timed Time Piece is not for me, moreover it goes beyond my understanding and appreciation of a Time Keeping piece.
Of course, there is not so much I can add in regard to the H9. It is to me completely incomprehensible ...as time is
To sum it up Valentin, you have made me aware of a "brand, a name" of which I was until now completely unaware and which I now very appreciate, especially this New H11, I love it. I love it for its simplicity as much as for its beautiful hands and the philosophy of the "Maitre Horloger" Mr Beat Haldimann.
Cheers and thank you very much.
