Well, I thought I would be announcing a new addition to the collection . . .
The Parmigiani Tonda PF Mico-Rotor with the Golden Sierra dial was probably the only piece from W&W ‘24 that caught my attention. So, I contacted the local AD to express my interest:
I love everything about this, except for the dial, unfortunately!
Although they do refer to the dial as Golden Sierra, I was expecting more of a Salmon tone. But it really appears as a gold tone in the metal:

I was excited when they informed me that one finally arrived. It just didn’t move me like I expected. So, I’m going to patiently wait for that dial color that ‘sings’ to me! In the meantime, round two!🥂

I still remember you posting after your opportunity to see in the metal. Unlike your experience, there was no plastic on it. Unfortunately, it just didn’t do it for me. Are you still on the fence with this one?

I think many won’t like it so if that means dealers need to move them and if I see it at like 35% off brand new maybe I’ll jump. Maybe

I have the grey which is quite nice! But there is an LE blue out there for SHH
that I think i would go with if I didn't love the grey so much... "Pacific Blue" they call it...

only issue with the PF is once I start wearing it , I just keep it on lol. Do you rotate much?

Great pics! The dial tone on the Parmigiana is beautiful and interesting to see it contrasted against your Chopard.
I suspect we will see more gorgeous dials from Parmigiana in the future.

The guilloche dial looks tredemdous. And this one without a gaping date hole definitely is simpler and looks superior IMO. And then it's actually 40mm in size?? The 36mm size Tondas are too small for me. So, except for the dial color, which doesn't look l...
