VC has printed numerals which is a drawback in the comparo. Also, the VC design is a little out there and calls attention to itself. The LF has a sublime movement and gorgeous hands and markers. It seems like more watch to me. As far as the school watch, the lugs are not as appealing as those on the "smooth" LF cases. The regulator seems to trade quite a bit lower than all the other models, so a "good" deal may be a typical deal.

Not too keen on the rose gold model to be honest. The white gold model contrasts better against the black numerals and hands.

than you Jim good to now that the regulator is not as popular
so the lower price might be because of that ? I loved the LF Origin Ice Blue dial in my pic but it is not available for purchase (just to try) and almost x2 price of the VC (and the VC is in gold) leaves me a bit perplex.

Tough choice Christian as they are both great watches for different reasons for me. Either way, you cannot go wrong but that ice blue dial does look super nice 😉
