Regarding the question, I got the answer from Moser directly. The winding is 30 to 40 rounds to fully wind the watch and yes, the chrono sweeping second can be left on, although that increase wear and tear over long term if use indefinitely and also consumes PR.
It's a bit uncanny at times to see no movement on the dial and since the rotor is "absent" ( ie hidden from the movement ) and even the balance spring is hard to see, sometimes, I wonder from time to time if the watch is actually running π

I do love this serie from Moser a lot . The movement looks so amazing . Never had to change to try one on the wrist but hope to be able to see it soon.
