That's for sure - or is it?
However, possibly this mysterious substance was applied directly to the STEEL - yes? - or to the aluminium dial .
Or it is the material itself, with no coating being applied at all - even inside the sapphire glass.
Otherwise it could possibly be the finest (and perhaps only) purely dress watch that Vianney has ever done - while the rest of us retreat into the shadows.

Silver dial
I believe this one has a silver dial, similar to the Classic Janvier. A beauty! I think there may be 3 or 4 of these pieces.
Dial finish
The regular Classic has brushed outer ring and frosted centre, while this dial has a much finer frosted finishing for both parts. - SJX
