Quick try - UR-105M
Was invited to join a small dinner group yesterday with Martin and Felix from Urwerk courtesy of The Hour Glass. Food was great, watches and conversations around the watches were even better. Always insightful and refreshing to hear from the watchmakers and designers the reasoning and inspiration behind their creations. Had a chance to try on the UR-105M and the EMC....the former being really comfortable on the wrist, and the EMC just captivating with it's own blend of electronics and a build in manual generator. I think it brings a lot of the connection to the wearer - the ability to know the variance of timing and the the ability to adjust it, that's just amazing to me.
Just a few wrist shots to share. Was too engrossed in the conversations that I forgot to take more pictures.
Thanks for watching.

And I do agree to some of your points. The EMC in particular did not wear too well on me, and the design is something I would need time to grow to like, but I was impressed with the application of the hybrids of mechanical and electronic, while at the sam...
