Its very difficult to be objective about a brand when you are so biased like myself towards De Bethune. I see other people being totally non-objective when they talk about their hero-brand and I would hate myself for being that way. I try to look at De Be...

The new db 28 versions really look special in the all black. But the tourbillon dial for me has too much of a Star Trek look in the centre. Whereas the moon or the Aiguille de Or version is much better proportioned. Anyhow, I would not say no to it if it ... 

the regular "moon "version is better to me,that little detail complement the watch so much,that is how it was conceived ,so its hard to beat the original version. Some element of the Tourbillon version are super nice though ,like the polished bridges and ... 

I'm just about dead after reading your post. The salmon hawk:) is going to be my nightmare of 2013. Just when I thought there's no surprise on this year SIHH ... I was prepare for the blue hawk but this sublime salmon dial with the blue hand to me is the ... 

but I do that to myself first.... The salmon is to die for....live its exceptional,the slickness of the polished titanium case and the pattern on the dial contrast but complement so much together. Ah, something that will put you off....salmon colour is ac... 

But... I am not sure it was my favourite from the novelties. You know when you think you will not like a watch and get very surprised when you try it on... This was it for me... I could see myself putting this watch on regularly, looks great with a brown ...

glad you liked the little report. We agree on many levels,except on the salmon piece:) DB 28 still the iconic piece from DB,loving it more and more...especially ...in rose gold strange put it under "dress Watches" in their web site,I think a dress watch ...

Did you see their Merc parked right outside? How cool is that!! The Skybridge is a real beauty...the DB 15, no longer impressed by it...and I disagree with the pricing. The Titan Hawk...I just missed the chance to own No 1 in white dial...so lets see...I ... 

I am sure we ll hook up soon... Yes I get your message,DB 15 was an iconic piece,but after the latest development in DB it looks slightly dated(no longer in production anyway). The salmon 27 is a beauty ,wait and see...Price wise ,I think its fairly price...

up to now... But your wonderful report and your passion for DB are winning me over... I have now decided to go and see them next week in Geneva. Now who knows anything is possible. I am attracted by their design coherence, their originality, their technic...

Salmon and black. Though is very hard to understand through pics. The skybridge is amazing. The stars and the markers are pure poetry. Such a bold move. Do you have any info about the meaning of that "bridge" in the middle of the dial?

but a pure aesthethic,design exercise,like a futurist sculpture,an harmony of shapes...nevertheless,a new caliber needed to be created as the dial is convex and the space in the case was central bridge is the main support for all the gears and plates ins...
