I understand your critic, it still doesn't bother me, I like it for what it is and what Don explained in the presentation, its ultimate simplicity. Moreover the movement is more simple than a tourbillon, an automatic one, or the LM1. Again, I do understand your critics now, but I think for what you are looking for there are a lot of great offer outside Haldimann.
Personnaly I wouldn't desire something else as the H11 because I find it make sense in comparison of his other works, of its presentation (even if extremley simple), but that's just me.
